Over 200 participants joined the EIB Advisory JASPERS Stakeholders meeting 2024 onsite and virtually.

This year’s edition focused on how JASPERS can support the implementation of the 2021-2027 MFF. The event showcased best practices and case studies related to project preparation, technical capabilities, upstream studies, and other initiatives.

Attendees actively participated in panel discussions and shared successful project experiences. It was particularly interesting to hear about the challenges faced in the implementation of EU funds and to gather insights, experiences, and potential needs for future JASPERS support.

The meeting began with a warm welcome from Kyriacos Kakouris, Vice President of the European Investment Bank (EIB). Also present was Themis Christophidou, Director-General of DG REGIO in the European Commission. The welcome speeches concluded with their signature of the Contribution Agreement setting the budget for JASPERS for the period 2025-27.
