Description

This Economic Appraisal Vademecum was prepared by DG REGIO with JASPERS support to further promote and simplify the voluntary use of EA for EU co-financed investments in the 2021–2027 programming period. Member States can draw on the information presented to set up a framework for both project appraisal and selection that is in line with international good practices.
