Ireland first requested JASPERS assistance in 2016. We were commissioned for a social housing retrofit scheme that would improve social housing conditions and lower energy and maintenance costs for residents.

JASPERS stepped up its operations after this first project, bringing the total number of ongoing and completed assignments to six, mainly in transport but also broadband and a pilot project with a view to setting up a scalable smart city-region investment programme for Ireland.
