JASPERS started working in Greece in 2013, stepping up operations since then with advisory services, capacity building, (both during project preparation and through targeted activities), horizontal assistance and appraisal support for projects.

The supported projects span all sectors (transport, energy, water, solid waste and smart development).

In transport, we have assisted in key transport infrastructure projects, such as motorways and railway interoperability.

JASPERS was also involved in an energy interconnection project between Crete and mainland Greece, which enhances energy efficiency. With JASPERS’ support, many households across Greece – in rural and urban areas – now have access to ultrafast broadband and can enjoy an uninterrupted high-speed connection, saying goodbye to the endless loading of pages.
