JASPERS first provided assistance to Estonia in 2006. Our work includes project support as well as horizontal and strategy support.

Support has been provided across a range of sectors, with transport receiving more requests. Some examples of transport projects include the modernisation of road junctions and bypasses and Rail Baltica upgrades to ensure a better connection between Tartu and Tallin, the two largest cities in Estonia. Our horizontal support has mainly consisted of providing advice on economic analysis issues.
